Shipping Terms

The Keester is offering FREE shipping on all orders!

We currently offer shipping only to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., not including Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, as our followers grow, we hope to expand our shipping to new areas soon.

Need a Keester shipped outside the USA? Contact us at support@thekeester.com. Please include the full address for the location so that we can respond appropriately.

Your new The Keester alignment cushion will ship within 1-5 days of order confirmation by one of: UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping may take as long as 14 days depending on geographic location, weather, and other factors. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipment tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order upon shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 72 hours after notice of shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Changing your order

Need to make an edit to an order already placed with The Keester? Send us an email at support@thekeester.com within 24 hours of order placement and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.

Returns

The Keester comes with a 30-Day Product Guarantee that covers you in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, fault, or lost shipment. If one of these scenarios occurs, The Keester will either repair or replace your product (at our discretion) for free upon receipt of the original faulty item (unless lost-in-transit).

The Keester also accepts returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery confirmation for a full refund. Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges. To start a return, please fill in this form.
