Use & Care

Instructions for Use

  1. The Keester alignment seat cushion should first be oriented with the flat side down on whatever surface you are sitting on.
  2. Next, ensure that the coccyx (tailbone) cut-out is situated at the back of your seat, while the two scalloped leg alignment cut-outs are situated at the front of the seat.
  3. Find a neutral position on top of the cushion, not so far forward or back that you feel as though you are going to fall off. You should feel yourself comfortably resting on-top of the cushion’s center, lightly engaging your core to balance and improve posture, white your legs align with the cut-outs at the front of the cushion and your coccyx feels relief by falling into the cut-out at the rear.
