The Keester comes with a 30-Day Product Guarantee that covers your purchase in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, fault, or lost shipment. If one of these scenarios occurs, The Keester will either repair or replace your product (at our discretion) for free upon receipt of the original faulty item (unless lost-in-transit).
